Keswick - Northern Lake District

Located as the gateway to the North Lakes Keswick is the hub of all things Lake District north of Dunmail Raise. Home to a fantastic range of hotels and B&Bs as well as self catering accommodation, great places to eat and drink along with tourist attractions whats not to like about Keswick?

Throw in some of the best outdoor adventures to be has in Cumbria and this place is the real deal. Classic walks like Skiddaw, Blencathra and Catbells to name but a few along with the iconic Ashness Bridge, Surprise View and Castlerigg Stone Circle and there is something for everyone.

Once your adventure or sightseeing is complete the town has so much to offer with shopping eating and drinking to suit everyone’s taste and wallet. There is a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants to keep visitors and locals fed and watered.

The valley of Borrowdale is famous for the Bowder Stone is one of the highlights of the area and on the way there Ashness Bridge and Surprise View are must see classic views.
